I am currently working on a sauce to compliment the flavors of seafood. Shrimp and Scallops in particular. I am looking for something with a cocktail type base but with a little kick. I have one already posted in my recipe section (Click here to see it) but I am not totally satisfied with it. If you have any suggestions or ideas on what would make a better sauce please add your comments. If I pick your sauce I may even name it after you.

Well, as you can see, I’m still working on our website. The recipe section has a couple entries on it but I want to add hundreds more. I’m gonna put a search bar on it as well so that you can search for whatever you are interested in.
I also want to add a section on gardening peppers. What not to do as well as the best way to grow your own. I’m adding a few hot sauce starter kits to my products page so after your peppers are harvested you can try your hand at making your own sauce too. A little competition never hurt anyone right 
I am looking for comments and suggestions on items for our product line as well as ideas and suggestions for the web site. Leave me some comments and if you like you can upload a picture of your plants or of yourself. I’d like to see who comes to the site.. Thanks!!
